The Trans-Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP) is a major infrastructure project that aims to transport natural gas from Azerbaijan's Shah Deniz gas field through Turkey to Europe.
TANAP stretches approximately 1,850 kilometers (1,150 miles) from the Georgian-Turkish border to the Turkish-Greek border. The pipeline has a capacity to transport 16 billion cubic meters
