1990

Factory Setup

MERT DOKUM started a journey and established company with Headquarters located in Dudullu Industrial Zone Istanbul. Türkiye and started its production activities specialized product range for water drainage systems and infrastructure access solutions.

2005

Started to export world-wide

Started our first export from Turkey it was exciting and challenging endeavor. Having an advantage as a country that is strategically located at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, Turkey is uniquely positioned to serve as a gateway to both continents with a growing economy and a highly skilled workforce.

2008

International Certification

We process to verify that our product, service, and management system meets specific quality, environmental, and safety standards established by recognized international organizations. These certifications provide assurance to customers and stakeholders that a company has met rigorous standards and that our products and factory is reliable and safe.

MERT DOKUM group of companies is compliant with ISO and EN 124 standards.

2010

Polymer Concrete Duct Production Facility was established in Istanbul Factory.

Mert Döküm has reached an annual production capacity of 3000 tons of polymer concrete ducts MERT DOKUM’s polymer concrete duct production facility typically consists of several key components, including a mixing plant, a mold-making area, a casting area, and a curing area. The mixing plant is where the polymer resin and aggregates are combined and mixed to create the polymer concrete mixture.

2012

ELAZIG (TURKIYE) FACTORY SETUP

Elazig Factory started production in 2012 and reached an annual ductile iron casting capacity of 30,000 tons.

2018

Research & Development Unit was Established

The R&D department is responsible for exploring new ideas, technologies, and methodologies to enhance existing products or develop entirely new ones. It serves as a hub of creativity, where ideas are conceptualized, tested, and refined through rigorous experimentation and analysis.

2020

METALWORKING FACTORY ESTABLISHMENT

With the huge investment in the metal factory, the annual capacity of the metal processing factory reached 3,000 tons using the latest technology methods in production with the concept of increasing automation and continuous improvement in line with Industry 4.0 targets.

2023

UPGRADE TO DIGITIZATION & INDUSTRY 4.0 Upgrade to Digitization and Industry 4.0

Upgrating to the digitization and Industry 4.0 has provided us numerous benefits. This process involves the integration of advanced technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML), into the production process to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
