At least 2 years of experience in factory maintenance
Knowledgeable and experienced in Maintenance Techniques and Production Technologies
Able to make the necessary planning during maintenance-repair activities and use personnel and equipment in the most efficient way
Able to manage spare parts necessary for the technical work being carried out
Able to determine priorities correctly and ensure inter-departmental coordination
Able to get to the root cause of issues, solution-oriented, and able to think analytically
Adopted professional working relationships, inclined to teamwork
Possessing the temporal flexibility required by a dynamic working environment
Able to ensure that their team works in accordance with occupational safety regulations and takes necessary precautions
Able to use MS Office programs sufficiently
